The Pirates proved their worth yet again by winning a match against U Mumba. Star players Sachin and Guman Singh are on their constant journey to create magic, as their Super 10s led the Pirates to a big 47-36 win over U Mumba. With this triumph, Patna Pirates have added to their lead at the top of the points table to seven points, making it more difficult for the teams to reach them.

The Pirates began the game with a stellar start, as Guman Singh, Sachin, and Prashanth Kumar Rai combined to collect seven raid points. In addition, the defense also performed their best, adding more to the scoreboard, giving their team a lead of 8-1.

U Mumba also gave their best to keep an All Out of their team at bay. The team required a big raid from Abhishek Singh. The player didn’t disappoint the team and picked up a bonus & also collected two touchpoints. However, the raiders of Patna Pirates continued to be determined as Sachin picked another touchpoint to his total and reduced U Mumba to only two players on the mat. Chiyaneh joined this action with his amazing ankle hold and left Abhishek immobile, leaving the Mumbas with only a single man on the mat. Further, Fazel Atrachali caved in a touchpoint that inflicted the game’s first All-Out on U Mumba.

Moving ahead, Rahul Sethpal’s extraordinary ankle hold move on Sachin and a raid of two points from V. Ajith Kumar reduced the Patna Pirates’ lead to six. Mumba’s Abhishek collected three touch-points in a quick sequence and U Mumba then left the Pirates with only a solitary man on the mat. However, Guman Singh added a bonus point before he was pinned down by Mumba’s defense. With this move, U Mumba took their revenge and inflicted an All-Out on the Pirates, reducing their lead to two.

Patna Pirates began their second half in full authority over the game, extending their lead to 10 and reducing U Mumba to only three players on the mat. However, U Mumba’s defense played a super tackle move and a touchpoint from Shivam reduced their team’s deficit to seven. But, Monu’s super raid move left the Mumbas on the brink of yet another All Out.
