Patna Pirates Edge Bengaluru Bulls in Thrilling Tiebreaker Victory

Patna Pirates held their nerve to pull off a dramatic tiebreaker win (6–4) over Bengaluru Bulls after the two sides were locked 38–38 at the end of regulation time at the Thyagaraj Indoor Stadium in New Delhi on Thursday October 16, 2025 night.

The closing stages saw an incredible comeback from Bengaluru Bulls. Raids from Alireza Mirzaian, Aashish Malik, and Ganesha Hanamantagol helped Bengaluru Bulls cut the deficit to five points before Alireza Mirzaian inflicted an ALL OUT, making it 30–28 with under three minutes to go.

Alireza Mirzaian levelled the scores in the dying moments, forcing a thrilling finish. Ayan Lohchab briefly restored a two-point lead with a clutch Do-Or-Die Raid, but Alireza Mirzaian struck back instantly. On the final raid of regulation time, Ayan Lohchab was brought down by Manish, sending the match into a tiebreaker at 38–38.
